She has held challenging and responsible positions with a major accounting firm and served as Financial Aid Director and Business Manager for an environmental science training institute.

Mr. Marcano has accumulated over 20 years of solid field experience in construction management. His ability to take on and accomplish challenging projects is indicative of assisting Texaco Venezuela in building the first service station on Margarita Island as part of the new market penetration. He garnered recognition nationwide by Texaco as being the first General Contractor to deliver a Service Station in one (1) month time frame and position Texaco as the first leading multinational oil company on the island. Mr. Marcano has been recognized throughout his career for managing projects efficiently in fast paced environments with tight schedules.
Education:
With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Doucette has spent the past 12 years developing an extensive resume utilizing the Job Order Contracting methodology. As a Senior Project Manager, Mr. Doucette completed Job Orders valued at an estimated $75 million. This has enabled him to gain extensive experience working with Houston area schools bond programs and developing strong customer relation skills along the way.
Education: Graduated from Vinton High School, Vinton, Louisiana.
Mrs. Rowell is a seasoned Project Manager who brings over 15 years of experience to the JR Thomas Group, Inc. team. Her portfolio incorporates extensive Institutional and Healthcare experience. Antionette began her career RHJ-JOC where she successfully managed several various multi-million dollar projects, during her tenure, she broadened her expertise in scoping, estimating, procurement and scheduling.
In her role as a Project Manager, Antionette has managed several major projects for JR Thomas Group, Inc. and lends her expertise in all facets as needed. She promotes a team player mentality and ensures that philosophy is maintained in all aspects of her work and attitude.
Education:
Mr. Gigante has over 38 years of construction experience, with 5 years in extensive construction site management. In addition, he earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and a master's in business administration. In his previous position in Malata EU, he site-managed higher education projects ($62M), business parks ($9M), and civil constructions ($3.5M). Mario recently joined JR Thomas Group as a Construction Site Manager and will support our team with daily demands.

With a career as a certified welder and fabricator spanning over 30 years Mr. Thomas is also knowledgeable and experienced with structural and pipe construction, electrical troubleshooting and repair. He also encompasses years of valued field management experience.

Mr. DeBerry has over 20 years of operational accounting and administrative business experience with a Fortune 500 Company. During this tenure he held the position of Wire Manager, managed over 5,000 internal bank accounts and reviewed and approved corporate expense reimbursement accounts; affording him the opportunity to grasp valuable budget allocation and project management experience.
